Y2019 Net worth update

As May goes by thought it would be good to check our net worth. Last year our net worth was 29 kEUR. Lets see how it stands today.

Our liabilities:

  • Mortgage loan – 56,7 kEUR (58,3 kEUR)
  • Leasing – 10,3 kEUR (-)
  • Debt to mother – 7,0 kEUR (-)
  • Student loan – 2,3 kEUR (2,6 kEUR)
  • Total liabilities – 76 kEUR (61 kEUR)

Debt went over the roof in the past year. With our kitchen repair and new car out debt has increased by more then 15 kEUR.

Our asset:

  • Apartment – 67 kEUR (62 kEUR)
  • Investment portfolio – 30 kEUR (27,5 kEUR)
    • II pension fund – 11,3 kEUR (9,8 kEUR)
    • III pension fund – 8,0 kEUR (7,0 kEUR)
    • Shares – 10,7 kEUR (10,8 kEUR)
  • Car – 12 kEUR (-)
  • Cash – 6 kEUR (0,6kEUR)
  • Total asset – 115 kEUR (90 kEUR)

I decided to increase apartment value by 5kEUR due to investments in kitchen. Also we have lots of cash at the moment due to divestment.

Long story short our Net worth has increased from 29 kEUR to 39 kEUR.
